Born and raised in the Okanagan, Mykha has wanted to pursue Registered Massage Therapy since a young age. Mykha graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2020, and since then she has focused her skills on myofascial therapy (MFR) which, when mobilized, allows tissue to move around freely without restriction. Combined with Golgi tendon organ, working with the nerve reflex to help muscles relax, and trigger point therapy, Mykha aims to improve overall daily living with her clients in a safe and comfortable place. She has taken continuing courses in Cranial Sacral techniques to further her education, which promotes stress reduction and management of concussion symptoms. She also believes that communication involving both practitioner and patient within a session is important to get the full benefit of each treatment.
