New Patient Examination: Problem Focused

This appointment includes a thorough history and focused examination on the area of complaint. This appointment will last approximately 45 minutes. Please have available any previous imaging (X-rays, MRIs) and or labs for your appointment, as they may provide valuable insight during your examination. Examination findings and recommended treatment plan will be discussed. If there are no contraindications, care may be provided.
