Karina has been practicing massage therapy since 2006. Her love and appreciation for this work just keeps growing. Depending on your individual needs and likings, your treatment can include relaxation massage, fascia release, deep tissue massage, active and passive stretches, joint mobilization, myofascial cupping, intra-oral TMJ treatment, energy work, reflexology and more. All those years of bodywork gave her a great understanding of the connection between mental, emotional and energetic patterns as well as their effects on the physical body. I her personal life Karina enjoys gardening, meditating, herb- and wildcrafting and learning new things.
