Holly brings a unique skill set to our team, creating a world-class product that stands out in the industry. With five years of experience at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA, she specialized in the Department of Sleep Medicine, where she assisted in various sleep studies focused on circadian rhythms under different conditions. During her tenure at the hospital, Holly also designed a study program for her master’s degree. In 2005, Holly graduated from Lesley University with a Master of Arts in Sleep and Dream Studies. Her thesis, “The Effect of Sleep Apnea on Sleep and Dreaming,” was published later that year in the Harvard Medical Journal and the Journal of Sleep Science, co-authored with her mentor, the late Dr. Ernest Hartmann. With over 20 years as a certified reflexologist, Holly provides a therapeutic tool for insomniacs and supports the body’s recovery from various illnesses, as well as maintaining the well-being of healthy individuals. Although Holly alternated between working in a medical environment as a sleep technician and in spa settings, her true passion lies in reflexology and sleep through holistic healing. She is dedicated to creating personalized packages, recognizing that everyone’s needs are different. A natural healer, Holly has been offering mobile reflexology services in people’s homes and at her condo in Hamilton for nearly a decade. She is one of Bermuda’s only certified reflexologists, and her expertise has been widely embraced on the island, consistently demonstrating its effectiveness in restoring clients’ bodies and promoting sleep.
