Hi! I'm Heather McClain and I am a graduate of the Medical Massage program at Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences. Massage means more to me than I ever knew.It is such a rewarding experience and has shown me alternatives for pain relief, relaxation, and mental clarity to help heal the body. I am always learning new techniques and modalities to add to my massage practice and I have a passion for making people feel better about themselves. I feel that massage is one of the best forms of self care and I love sharing information to help others understand the bigger picture.
