Verity is a Registered Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopathic Therapist dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and improve their overall quality of life. She graduated with Honors from the Alberta Institute of Massage in 2018 and earned Honors again while completing her Manual Osteopathic Therapy education at the National Manual Osteopathic College in 2026. With additional training in Dynamic Cupping and Reflexology, Verity is passionate about providing individualized care that addresses each client’s unique needs. She believes that learning never stops and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge and skills to better serve her clients. When she’s not in the clinic, Verity enjoys spending time with her daughter and making the most of life’s everyday adventures.
Massage Therapy
A Swedish relaxation massage is a gentle, full body massage designed specifically to promote relaxation, reduce tension, and restore an overall sense of well being.
Osteopathy
**PLEASE NOTE: It is recommended that the first Osteopathy appointment is 90 minutes for ages 16 and up.** Manual Osteopathy is gentle manipulations or corrections of bones and joints of the skeletal system, gentle balancing of the craniosacral system and fascia system and / or gentle manipulation of the visceral (organs) system. *If you have Canada Life/Great West Life insurance please contact us for bookings.
