Mariah is a Registered Physiotherapist and a Doctor of Acupuncture with a passion for women's pelvic health. She believes everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and comfortable seeking care, especially for concerns that can feel personal or difficult to talk about. Her goal is to create a welcoming, compassionate environment where you feel at ease sharing your story and confident that you'll be listened to without judgment. She believes that understanding your body is an important part of healing, and she takes the time to educate, answer questions, and work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle. She enjoys working with women through all stages of life, helping them navigate a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual health concerns, and pregnancy and postpartum care. Her approach is individualized and evidence-informed, combining hands-on therapy, movement, exercise, education, and acupuncture (when appropriate) to support your healing and help you feel more confident in your body. She is passionate about lifelong learning and continually expanding her knowledge in pelvic health to ensure she provides the highest quality care. It is truly a privilege to be part of each patient's healing journey, and she looks forward to supporting you every step of the way. **Professional Registration** * Registered Physiotherapist * Doctor of Acupuncture **Education & Advanced Training** * Master of Science in Physical Therapy, University of Alberta * Diploma of Acupuncture, MacEwan University * Pelvic Health Solutions – Level 2 & Level 3 * Canadian Pelvic Health Academy – Female Urinary Incontinence * Canadian Pelvic Health Academy – Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum * Pelvic Health Solutions – Non-Internal Pelvic Health
