In October 2019, I moved to Florence, Oregon, to start my own practice. I am currently located inside of the Empowered Living Wellness Center. I take cash clients, as well as active PIP/motor vehicle claims and workman's comp for Oregon and Washington. I do not bill medical insurance. At this time, I book out 8 weeks in advance and can not accomodate same day appointments.
