Sonya Bennett combines Western and Eastern techniques in her therapeutic massage practice, incorporating stretching, hot stones, and cupping to target and release stubborn, tight areas. She is certified in Integrative Pelvic Floor Therapy, Stretch Therapy, and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage, and holds a Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Vitality Bodywork, LLC is a reflection of her passion for helping bodies of all ages and fitness levels thrive. Sonya is dedicated to helping clients reclaim their health and well-being, empowering them to lead full, vibrant lives. In her spare time, Sonya can be found exploring the mountains and waters of the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Our signature massage can be anything you need: gentle and relaxing Swedish to counter a stressful day, Deep Tissue and gentle stretching to relieve some chronic pain or stuck tissues, and hot stones or cupping to provide appropriate relief. We'll get you sorted out and back to dancing through life in no time! As always, hypo-allergenic lubricants will be used during this session.
