Maren DeGroat is a NYS licensed Massage Therapist for 22 years and a life long resident of Dutchess County, New York. She received her certification from The Finger Lakes School of Massage Therapy in 2003. She also has an Associate's Degree in Exercise Science Wellness and Fitness, an Associate's Degree in a Physical Therapist Assistant Program, and a level I certification in Fascial Stretching (Stretch to Win). Maren hasbeen practicing massage for 22 years. She has worked with different types of athletes from weekend warriors, Ironman and WWE wrestler from 2014-2015 to the stressed mother and hard workers.
