105 Grand Street, Brooklyn, NY, 11249

Daniel is a New York State licensed massage therapist and a strength and flexibility trainer offering massage and Movement + Massage sessions. He has a background as a professional ballet dancer for 20 years, and he is inspired by the way movement and massage feel good and help people to heal and self-embody. His approach to bodywork is nervous-system-focused, responsive, pain-free, and gentle yet powerful. He believes massage is a collaboration to help de-stress, calm, connect, gain self-awareness, and ease pain, tension, and guarding. With sensitivity, open communication, and current pain science in mind, Daniel intently listens to you and your body and empowers you on your wellness journey. Daniel's work is influenced by study of Dermo-Neuro-Modulation, Swedish and Thai Massage, myofascial techniques, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Shiatsu, sports massage, pregnancy massage, and reflexology. He is a graduate of Pacific College of Health and Science, an ACE certified personal trainer, and a NASM certified corrective exercise specialist.
