James Lee - Registered Physiotherapist James Lee is a registered physiotherapist at Evergreen Rehab & Wellness. He obtained his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and Master of Physiotherapy Studies from the University of Queensland. James has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain conditions. He has extensive experience as a kinesiologist and personal trainer, having served clients who suffered from motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, and occupational injuries; as well as clients who wanted to improve their mobility and muscular strength and endurance. James also has extensive training in exercise programming and manual therapy. His treatment consists of a combination of an active and hands on approach, where the client’s specific needs are met through education, empowerment, individualized exercise programs, and manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue and joint mobilization. James’ main goals for his clients are to help them regain function so they can get back to doing the things they love to do. Originally from South Korea, James grew up in the Tri-Cities area and Maple Ridge, playing many sports such as inline hockey, track and field, basketball, and golf. He has a passion for physical activity and helping others. Outside of the clinic James likes to spend his free time playing golf or basketball, hiking, snowboarding, and strength training in the gym.
