I am here to help facilitate the process of individuals healing their own body. I am not of the mind that we can force the body to change, especially where pain and trauma are concerned. We are here to have a conversation with your body, together. My style is a blending of relaxing intuitive touch with specific and deep therapeutic techniques. While I am skilled in deep tissue, I listen well and always adjust my pressure to fit the individual. Attention to detail is my specialty.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
