Therapeutic Massage combines many of the techniques I have studied throughout my continuing education journey. Each session is tailored to the clients specific needs and requests. Therapeutic massage can range from extremely light touch to deep tissue therapies.

This specialized session begins with Manual Lymphatic Drainage to reduce swelling and pain, help prevent the formation of fibrosis, and speed healing after plastic surgeries. Once swelling and pain have been reduced, other manual therapies are added to increase range of motion and tissue recovery. MLD is also highly beneficial BEFORE your surgery! I am a Vodder Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
