I've always had a passion for helping people as well as holistic modalities and massage has allowed me to combine the two into one and with that, I strive to guide you in finding sanctuary and peace within your body again. Specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre Natal, Reiki healing and other forms of Therapeutic work.
This therapeutic massage combines trigger point work, vibration techniques with optional massage gun, and topical anti-inflammatory muscle rub to ease tension and tight muscles. A mix of Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities work together to release tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. It is great for relieving cramped and overused muscles.
