I have always had an interest in caring for people. In 2020 my life changed, much like everyone else's. When the Home Health company I was working for layed me off, I was forced to do some soul-searching. I decided to explore areas that would allow me to benefit others, based on some experience I already had. I kind of stumbled into an opportunity to learn Reiki, which lead to enrolling in a Massage school, during which I also took a class to get certified in Reflexology. I feel like these three modalities are a solid foundation to begin a practice. I have intentions of adding a couple more in the near future. It is with a sincere interest in helping others reach wellness that I begin my practice in Delaware, Ohio. Currently, I also live in Delaware with my husband, two cats and a spoiled dog. I am a mother of three children and enjoy reading, blogging and traveling when possible.
