Tiffany completed a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, following a Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University, where she also played on McMaster’s Women’s Hockey Team. Tiff has a strong passion for helping people move and feel their best through evidence-informed care. She is an active member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. In the clinic, Tiff focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of concerns through education, manual therapy, and individualized exercise plans. Her approach aims to improve quality of life, prevent re-injury and help each individual meet their personal goals. She takes pride in fostering an inclusive environment and empowering each person to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health. Growing up playing hockey and soccer, Tiff developed a lifelong appreciation for movement and the value of rehabilitation. Outside of the clinic, you can find her golfing, hiking, playing hockey, tennis, or pickleball, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on the Leafs and Bills.
