Kelsey is the owner of Kneading Knots Massage and Spa Services, and has been working as a massage therapist for over 11 years within the Kansas City and Saint Joseph communities. She is certified in Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, Spa Services such as facials and body wraps, and has thorough studies in the arts of Swedish Massage, Sports Therapy, Reflexology, and Hydrotherapy. Kelsey is also a certified Massage Therapy instructor with the Missouri Board of Education.
From light and relaxing (Swedish), to deep and focused (Deep Tissue), our Therapeutic Massage will leave you feeling rejuvenated! We can focus on problem areas, or a full-body relaxation session. We will discuss with you before your session the type of pressure and focus that will work for you.
