Ciara is a licensed massage therapist and musician with over five years of hands-on experience and a specialty in trauma-informed, nervous system-focused bodywork. She graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts' 720-hour licensure program in 2019, built her own private practice, and pursued continuing education across Cranial Sacral Therapy (including TMJ and intra-oral work), Trauma Touch Therapy, Rebirthing Breathwork, Usui Reiki I & II, and Myofascial Release. In 2023, she relocated to Nashville to pursue music, a chapter that not only expanded her perspective on healing and expression, but also reinforced the importance of spiritual growth and somatic awareness. Ciara's work is intuitive and integrative, blending strong foundational massage skills with a deeply attuned sensitivity to the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of each person. Her specialty lies in creating the conditions where the nervous system can genuinely reset, and where deep trauma patterns have the safety to surface and release, somatically and spiritually. Each session is entirely organic, meeting you exactly where you are in that moment, and never quite the same twice. Whether through sound or touch, Ciara's work has always been about one thing: helping people come home to themselves.
