As a registered massage therapist I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. My passion for helping others and for anatomy and physiology led me to pursue a career in massage therapy, and through years of dedicated study and practice, I have become adept in a wide range of modalities, including general Swedish and sports massage. I am as well adept at general Swedish massage specialized techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, pre-natal, and stretching. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from athletes to expectant mothers and everyone in between. I pride myself on my ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each individual, using my in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology to create customized treatment plans that promote healing and relaxation. My experience working with athletes has given me a deep understanding of the specific needs of active individuals, and I have also had the opportunity to support expectant mothers during the prenatal period, easing the discomforts of pregnancy through targeted massage. I believe that massage therapy is a powerful tool for promoting holistic well-being, and I am dedicated to delivering the highest level of care to each individual I am working with. I was born in Toronto, grew up in Michigan, and moved to Vancouver in 2011 for UBC where I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology in 2015. I studied at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto, completed the Trimesters course for pre-natal massage, and had a placement at the high-risk pregnancy ward of Sunnybrook Hospital.
