Victoria graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Toronto. Prior to this, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University with the Provost Honours award. She is passionate about orthopaedic physical therapy and enjoys collaborating with patients to reach their goals through the use of education, individualized graded exercise programs, and manual therapy. She has experience in the rehabilitation of sports and acute injuries, neck and low back injuries, post-surgical recovery, overuse injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological conditions among other things. She is an avid life-long learner and has completed the McMaster Contemporary Acupuncture Program, as well as courses on soft tissue release, K-taping therapy, and manual therapy. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys fitness and has a background in ballet, having danced for 15 years herself. Through ballet, she has had opportunities to provide assessment, mentorship, and feedback to other dancers on their technique. This experience has given her an eye for detail and a passion for analysis of human movement.
