I have had a rewarding career having had worked in the nursing fields of Emergency/Trauma, Labor and Delivery, Home Health and Blood Donation Services. Through these experiences, I embraced and developed a passion for preventive care and a salutogenic approach to heath care. I am an advocate for wellness in mind, body and spirit. I am honored to provide services of Massage Therapy, Reflexology and Meditation to the community to promote wellness and balance.
An integrated approach to massage incorporates multiple techniques unique to you. After a thorough assessment your massage therapist will discuss a plan with you which may include any or all of the following: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Foot Reflexology, Energy Techniques, Myofascial Release, Lymphatics, Castor oil therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Orthopedic Cupping, Guided Mindfulness Meditation, Aromatherapy, Stretching, Tuning forks, Sacred Geometry and more.
