Grace grew up in an athletic family in Athens, Georgia, and has always loved exploring the world through movement and sensory experience. In 2014, she moved to Asheville to attend Warren Wilson College, where she studied Outdoor Leadership and led the Wellness Crew. It was there that she discovered her passion for a more holistic, embodied approach to wellness. After an accident put her athletic pursuits on hold, massage therapy became a vital part of her healing journey. Moved by how much it helped her, she went on to study at the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga and later completed advanced medical and Thai massage training. Her work blends ancient techniques, deep compressions, and assisted stretching with deep tissue and trigger point therapy to create sessions that are both grounding and deeply restorative. Grace recently earned her Corrective Exercise Specialization, adding tools to help clients build strength, mobility, and confidence that carry into daily life. Now a trail runner living with her husband in the western Pisgah Mountains, she draws inspiration from the rhythms of nature and brings presence, intuition, and genuine care to every session.
Massage Therapy
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Reflexology
acupuncture pressure points mostly thumb and finger but other modalities as well.
