Judith Willis is a licensed massage therapist, license #MA 61264100 , and National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal wellness and fitness. She is a graduate of the Body Mechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage, where she honed her skills in the art of massage therapy and gained a deep understanding of the human body’s mechanics and physiology. In addition to her expertise in massage therapy, Judith holds an Associate of Applied Science in Fitness Training from Clark College, where she acquired a comprehensive understanding of exercise science, fitness programming, and nutrition.
