Thanks for being here! I’m is Sheena, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Expert Lash Technician. I graduated with honours from Medix College and successfully completed my board exams to become an RMT. I have a passion for what the human body can do and how it moves, and I truly care how yours feels! As someone who is active daily, outside and in the gym, I understand the stresses on the human body and what it needs to sustain optimal performance or address daily aches and pains. Along with my passion for massage, I am an Expert Lash Technician and have been making my clients feel beautiful with lash extensions since 2017. In my spare time, you can find me rollerskating, paddle boarding, travelling or spending quality time with friends/family. Accepting new clients!
Your initial appointment with Sheena will begin with a review of your intake form, followed by an assessment and any necessary special tests to determine your needs and treatment goals. Massage therapy uses hands-on manipulation of the body’s soft tissues, including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints, to optimize health and well-being. This therapeutic approach helps improve circulation, enhance mobility, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation. Depending on your treatment plan, additional modalities such as cupping and or stretching may be incorporated to address your specific needs. Massage therapy aims to develop, maintain, and improve overall function while relieving or preventing physical dysfunction, pain, and the effects of stress.
