Kristen Harris is a dedicated physiotherapist focused on providing quality care with enhanced patient outcomes. She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) from the University of Alberta, faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine. She has honed her expertise in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions through both clinical experience and advanced certifications. In addition to her foundational physiotherapy training, Kristen earned the Diploma in Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (AIM) through the National Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. This program provided her with hundreds of hours of specialized training in evidence-based musculoskeletal assessment and treatment techniques. Kristen is also a registered mentor for the AIM program, where she shares her knowledge to support the development of future physiotherapists. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), an internationally recognized designation that demonstrates her advanced proficiency in clinical reasoning, diagnosis, and treatment. Kristen’s clinical approach is grounded in an in-depth understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement, enriched by her unique background in sports, dance, and yoga. She uses a combination of hands-on techniques, such as soft tissue work, joint mobilizations, spinal adjustments, and IMS needling, to help relieve pain, improve movement, and restore function. She also incorporates therapeutic exercises and education to support recovery and prevent future injuries. This holistic approach addresses both the immediate symptoms and the underlying causes of dysfunction, helping patients achieve lasting relief. Kristen lives in North Vancouver and stays active with yoga, dancing, hiking, biking, and boxing. She also has a passion for the arts, including theatre, painting, and pottery. New Client - Initial Physiotherapy Assessment (60 min)

When booking an Initial Assessment, we recommend you book a few (3-4) follow up appointments (30 or 45min Subsequent) one week apart as the therapists schedules fill up quickly. This ensures that you have ongoing treatment, and if you end up not needing the sessions you can cancel them with 24 hours notice.
