My path into massage therapy began long before I became an RMT. For more than three years before enrolling in the Registered Massage Therapy program at First College in downtown Kelowna, I was already providing massage services and gaining extensive hands-on experience. Those early years allowed me to develop strong technical skills, a confident touch, and a deep understanding of how meaningful it is to help someone feel better in their body. Today, as a **Registered Massage Therapist** with over six years of combined experience, I bring both passion and purpose into every treatment. My training in Canada, together with my earlier studies in acupuncture and massage in China, has shaped a balanced and thoughtful approach—blending Western anatomy and therapeutic techniques with Eastern principles of meridians, acupoints, and holistic wellness. I have a particular interest in **foot reflexology**, **hand therapy**, and gentle **stretching** techniques, which many clients describe as deeply relieving and transformative. These styles allow me to work with precision and care, **easing tension**, **improving mobility**, **reducing stress**, and helping clients feel more grounded and comfortable in their everyday lives. Throughout my studies, I fell in love with human anatomy and the way each system of the body contributes to overall health. That curiosity continues to guide my practice today. I listen carefully, treat with intention, and create treatment plans that genuinely reflect each client’s concerns, goals, and wellness needs. Outside of my professional life, I recharge through hiking, swimming, yoga, and spending time with my family—activities that remind me of the importance of balance and mindful living. I look forward to meeting you, supporting your healing journey, and helping you feel more mobile, more relaxed, and more connected to your well-being.
