I have over twelve years experience working in outpatient orthopedic and oncology rehabilitation centers here in the valley. I managed the care for patients with Lymphedema and other lymphatic and vascular conditions. Since 2013, I have been a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and certified lymphatic therapist (CLT). My career started in conventional medicine with a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. It was during this time that I became aware of therapeutic massage and the benefits of holistic medicine. After relocating to Arizona from Hawaii, I started working in physical therapy and oncology rehabilitation while pursuing my degree in physical therapy to become a physical therapist assistant (PTA) with certifications that would complement my background in oncology rehabilitation and recovery. I often joke that I manifested this career, If I could pick the perfect job, it would be this, helping peoples’ bodies heal from cancer and other elements holistically.
