Synergy Rehab
Jasmine graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy with honors in 2017. Working with patients on their goals, whether it is recovering from acute or chronic pain; sports-related/MVA injuries; neurological issues; or postural imbalances, massage therapy was a perfect fit as a career for her. Jasmine enjoys working one-on-one with patients helping them feel better, which is so gratifying for her professionally. Since graduating, she has continued to expand her skill set through additional training, including hot stones massage and Graston Technique. She integrates these modalities with trigger point therapy and myofascial release to create individualized treatments. She combines assessment-based treatment planning with hands-on techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term recovery. When not in the clinic, she can be found spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, staying active or seeking new experiences and adventures.
