Taking care of my own injuries and massaging my friends has always been a huge passion of mine. When it came to finding a career, I had no doubt that I would love being a massage therapist. I received my Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator Degree from a very well-rounded school in California 10 years ago. Continued on furthering my education after school in cupping, oncology massage, Reiki, fascia blasting, and assisted stretching. I thrive on learning more so that I may better help not only my family and friends but also my clients and the community. Massage is such a crucial part in healing the mind and restoring the body and soul. Knowing that I can do a little to further that progress is the greatest reward. Physical freedom is possible with the right tools and drive. Allow me to be a cog in that machine and you will have freedom on the horizon.

Lymphatic Drainage is a very light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. Which cleans toxins, cancer cells, and viruses. When lymphatic massage is preformed, it can do the job 20 times faster than the body is able to do on its own. Once eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use its energy to regenerate cells. You will lose weight, have increased energy levels, and feel more grounded and centered after a lymphatic massage than with any other body work session.
