Maggie grew up in Nova Scotia and has called Alberta home since 2013, when she moved west to pursue an education in Equine Science at Olds College. Throughout the years and various stages of life, she sought support from a range of manual therapists to help her recover from horseback riding injuries, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. Through these experiences, she gained firsthand insight into how persistent, undiagnosed pain can affect both physical and mental well-being, as well as the profound impact skilled manual therapy can have on a person’s quality of life. Inspired by her own experiences, Maggie completed the 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Program at Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She is passionate about supporting others on their wellness journeys and empowering clients through education and individualized care. Maggie enjoys creating therapeutic treatments that combine effective techniques with a gradual, intuitive rhythm, allowing the body to relax and release tension at its own natural pace. In her spare time, Maggie is known for being a busy bee and is almost always on the move. She enjoys attending yoga classes, exploring local small businesses, cooking and baking, and spending quality time with her family.
