Katharine Lahmann, RMT Katharine is currently accepting new patients as she has transitioned from her 3 almost 4 years working as a body worker to now being full licensed as a Registered Massage Therapist! Kate has a strong foundation in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and brings over 16 years of experience as an aquatic and fitness instructor. Her work has spanned diverse populations—from individuals striving for peak performance to those recovering from stroke and or adapting to a life with vision impairments. This breadth of experience has shaped Kate’s passion to supporting others where they are at in their wellness journey. Her hope is that others too will gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of their own body in all of its remarkable adaptability. As a life long learner, Kate is eager to integrate advanced techniques into her practice, providing individualized care that supports each patient’s unique needs. She approaches home care with creativity and practicality diving in to anatomy and movement education that helps, her patients to integrate practical micro-habits that into daily life in ways that are simple, sustainable, and even enjoyable!
