Hi! My name is Oli (they/them) and I am massage practitioner because I believe there is immense power in our connections to our bodies. My practice is based in curiosity and care for each person's unique journey with their body, and my goal is to support clients' wellness and senses of agency and aliveness through massage. Massage, to me, is a tool for collective liberation because it can help us become aware of our bodies in a culture that teaches us to numb and disengage. I like to integrate stretching and deep tissue techniques into my work, and enjoy collaborating with clients to create a session that will respond to their needs. Outside of massage, you might find me biking around the city, reading outside, or cooking with friends.
