I graduated from Augusta School of Massage in Evans, Georgia in 2012. I am a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). I've kept a small, private practice since returning home to the Siouxland area in 2013. I am well versed in Swedish Massage, cupping therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and hot stone therapy. I provide a unique experience for each client by discussing expectations prior to each massage. I offer personalized Aromatherapy massage sessions to further enhance relaxation, stress relief and strengthen the immune system. Also, if you have a specific type of music you enjoy relaxing to, don't be afraid to ask upon arrival. I love all different types of music! When not practicing massage I enjoy bike riding with my daughter, hiking, morel mushroom hunting, camping, traveling, watching football, live music, amazing food and great wine.

It may also help reduce swelling and leg cramps. Proper positioning and body pillows ensure comfort and safety for the mother and baby.
