Ekdeep Sekhon was in the Sport Science program at Douglas when she found interest in pursuing registered massage therapy. She is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy Program at CDI College. She’s always had a passion for helping improve physical and emotional health and commits to providing the best care for her patients. Ekdeep’s areas of expertise are: Trigger point release Myofascial Release Athletic/Sports Treatment Joint Mobilization Active release With experience treating a wide demographic of patients, from young children up to senior citizens, Ekdeep’s goal is to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and improve mental awareness. Ekdeep also has experience working with athletes. She especially enjoyed working with the Fiji national rugby team when they came to Vancouver for Rugby Sevens World Series in 2016. Through the Fraser Health Authority, she’s currently volunteering with SEHAT, an organization who helps increase awareness in our community about nutritional facts in foods that we consume. Their goal is to improve overall health and promote a healthy lifestyle. She loves spending time exploring BC, hiking, sports, catching up on Netflix shows. In the future I would love to travel more of, Europe, Australia, Philippines, South America and Thailand.
