Mieke (pronounced Me‑ka) Little Scheduling Update Mieke will be with our clinic for a short period this summer. Her schedule is open for the first three weeks of June, with the possibility of additional availability in August. She is providing support during Elizabeth’s maternity leave as we move toward bringing another full‑time practitioner into the team. Experience and Background Mieke has been practising as an RMT in Ontario and British Columbia for the past eight years. Growing up, she was active in team sports and developed a strong interest in learning about the human body. She received her first registered massage at the age of nine, which sparked a desire to share massage with her family and friends. After completing an undergraduate degree in Physical and Health Education at Queen’s University, she recognized that her path was leading her toward manual healing. She went on to study at Sutherland‑Chan School of Massage Therapy. Therapeutic Approach Mieke enjoys treating a wide variety of clients with different health conditions. Her work is informed by her background in movement, athletics, and health education. Beyond the Clinic Mieke lives in Kimberley, BC, where she enjoys climbing, skiing, gardening, and spending time in nature.
PLEASE NOTE: First time visits may require up to 15 minute assessment to determine the safest and most effective treatment plan.
