I am an evidenced based chiropractor who utilizes McKenzie directional preference movements, chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue work including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and dry needling gearing patients towards self management. I also am an acupuncturist and utilize this technique most commonly for migraines/headaches, stress, fertility, pregnancy related complaints, etc.
