Originally from Vancouver Island, Nathan earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge before completing his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. His passion for physiotherapy and rehabilitation grew from a lifelong involvement in sport — competing in university soccer and providing medical coverage for teams across football, hockey, and track & field. Most recently, he completed a fellowship with the Vancouver Whitecaps Academy, where he worked with some of Canada’s top youth soccer players. Nathan enjoys working with people of all activity levels — from those recovering after surgery, to competitive athletes, to anyone wanting to move better, feel stronger, and stay active. He has a special interest in lower extremity injuries such as ACL rehabilitation, and also works extensively with runners, soccer and hockey players. He has completed advanced training in spinal manipulation and dry needling, and is pursuing his Sport Physiotherapy Certification. Outside the clinic, Nathan stays active through soccer, hockey, and golf, and enjoys exploring the West Coast through biking, hiking, trail running, and beach adventures.
