Hi, my name is Anjali. In my care, I focus on understanding the whole person, not just the condition. I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach and look at how physical, mental, and emotional health all connect. I also take care of each person, because no two recovery journeys are the same. I’ve developed a strong interest in pelvic health and have completed Level 1, 2, and 3 training in this area. I’m continuing to build experience in pediatrics as I feel immense joy working with kids. I also work with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and use manual therapy, exercise, acupuncture, and cupping to support recovery. Outside of work, I like painting, playing badminton, and being outdoors. I’m also Caribbean-Canadian, and that background is a meaningful part of how I connect with people from different walks of life. I completed my Master’s in Physical Therapy after studying Health Sciences (specialization in Rehabilitation Sciences) with a Minor in Psychology at Western University.
