Corner Brick Massage Therapy
525 Vernon St, Nelson, BC, V1L 4E9
I am a graduate from the Registered Massage Therapy program at the Kootenay Columbia College of Integrated Health Sciences in Nelson. This 3000-hour accredited program developed my knowledge and application of Swedish massage techniques as well as other therapeutic techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations and muscle energy techniques. I use orthopaedic assessments, therapeutic exercises and self-care education to develop an individually tailored treatment plan to support the goals of each client.
60 minute treatment length allows enough time for full body work or substantial time spent in specific problem areas.
