Dr. Ronan is a Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine with over 3,300 hours of training in both classical and traditional Chinese medicine, as well as biomedical sciences. Her doctoral studies included advanced coursework in orthopedics, gynecology, endocrinology, and clinical lab analysis. She integrates Chinese medical and biomedical perspectives in every treatment, blending time-tested diagnostic methods with a modern understanding of physiology and longevity science. Dr. Ronan trained extensively under Daoist master Jeffrey Yuen, continuing a classical lineage of Chinese medicine focused on whole-person healing. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys trail running, playing with her dog, and translating Classical Chinese texts—including a recent translation of the Dao De Jing.

The Initial Visit includes a comprehensive health analysis, Chinese medical tongue evaluation and pulse diagnosis, lifestyle assessment, acupuncture treatment, custom Chinese herbal formula prescription, and a treatment plan. You are welcome to fill your herbal prescription at our on-site Chinese herbal pharmacy. The price of herbal medicine generally ranges from $5-10/day for chronic conditions or for longevity formulas. Acute condition formulas are generally dosed high, intended to be taken over a short period of time, and range from $10-15/day.
