I’m a manual osteopath driven by a deep commitment to helping people move out of pain and better understand what is happening in their body. What made me fall in love with osteopathy, and ultimately leave my corporate career to dedicate my life to wellness, is the process of solving what feels complex or stuck in the body. When symptoms persist or keep returning, there is always an underlying reason. My approach is to identify it and address it at its source. My work is hands-on, precise, and adaptable. I combine structural, visceral, and craniosacral techniques to support the body in releasing tension and reorganizing in a more efficient way. Each session is guided by what the body presents in the moment. I often describe the process as a dialogue with the body, where listening and responding are equally important. I have a particular interest in chronic and complex cases, especially when progress has been limited elsewhere. This often includes patterns such as persistent tension, jaw and TMJ-related issues, or symptoms that seem interconnected across the body. I’m also deeply passionate about breath mechanics and the way they influence both the body and the nervous system. Beyond treatment, I place strong emphasis on helping people make sense of their body, so they can feel more confident, informed, and in control of their health. My intention is simple: to help people move better, feel better, and stop living in pain. I also have a background in therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and energy-based practices, which deepen my understanding of the body and the nervous system, and naturally shape the way I approach care. Before moving to Canada, I built an osteopathy practice in Bali, working with an international clientele and a wide range of conditions. I now look forward to working with you!
