Zoe Stiglitz has been a registered massage therapist since 1997, founding Inside Out Therapies in 2003. During these years, she has had the pleasure of treating clients from all walks of life: children, parents, expectant mothers, athletes, caregivers, people with disabilities and senior citizens. These are the people who have been her greatest teachers. She learned to adapt to each individual’s situation and has developed a deep compassion for people and the struggle to overcome the obstacles between mind and body. Zoe prides herself on being able to create a treatment that is tailored to the individual and their personal needs by incorporating her education and experience in the techniques of Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue therapy, trigger point work and deep tissue laser therapy. Appropriate self-care to best benefit her clients and their unique situations is also a priority to her. During her career, Zoe has encountered many great therapists and healers. Through her experience with this wide variety of treatments, she passes this knowledge on to her clients. Zoe believes in being a positive example by taking the time to look after mind and body, thereby allowing balance in all things.
