Jamie Mataseje

Jamie is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner (M.OMSc) with a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and return to the activities they enjoy. Her interest in osteopathy began through her lifelong involvement in sports and fitness, where she developed an appreciation for human movement, injury recovery, and overall wellness. She earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2022 before completing four years of full-time study at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, graduating in 2026 with a Master in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). Her education provided advanced training in anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and classical osteopathic manual therapy. Jamie believes in treating the body as an interconnected whole and takes a personalized approach to care. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and activity levels, helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, and support their long-term health and well-being through osteopathic manual therapy.
