Customized for your needs! This is a mix of massage techniques, stretching, acupressure and hot stones, warm bamboo sticks and cupping to reach to the deeper tissue layers. Hot towels and essential oils included.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. Feet are cleansed with warm towels then warm stones and hands are used pressure points, 3600 nerve endings, 26 bones and 112 ligaments and tendons. Hands and feet can be worked on with a scalp massage if desired.
