Customized for your needs! This is a mix of massage techniques, stretching, acupressure and hot stones, warm bamboo sticks and cupping to reach to the deeper tissue layers. Hot towels and essential oils included.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. Feet are cleansed with warm towels then warm stones and hands are used pressure points, 3600 nerve endings, 26 bones and 112 ligaments and tendons. Hands and feet can be worked on with a scalp massage if desired.
Lymphatic Drainage
This treatment can be stand alone or added to any facial. Lymph gives life to every cell by carrying vital nutrients. It also carries away and impurities, making it vital to our immune system and overall health. Lymphatic drainage can reduce puffiness, improve the clarity of the skin tone, and lift tired features. This non-invasive treatment, gentle and therapeutic, is extremely relaxing, promotes feelings of well being while reducing anxiety and stress.
