My work blends light, medium, or firm pressure with long, flowing strokes to create deep relaxation. I use trigger point therapy for stubborn knots when needed, but my specialty is calming the nervous systemthis is not traditional deep tissue. If you prefer firmer pressure, I provide tension relief while maintaining a soothing rhythm. Relief without sacrificing relaxation :)
