Healing others is my identity. More accurately, creating space for others to heal themselves is a gift I have and utilize. I believe in the incredible power of the human body, and if it is given the right tools and the right environment, the body resonates and always carries the vibration of becoming healthy. Massage and sound healing are two modalities I have worked with for 2 years (sound healing) to 12 years (massage therapy) with the knowing that they both can align the mind and body back to feeling well and pain free. I specialize with sciatic nerve pain, and I have my own studio in Bryan, Texas currently taking on new clients. I travel to the homes of the elderly, bed bound and disabled so if you are unable to come to me, I will come to your home and set up there. I am an advocate for viewing the body as a whole and capitalizing on nutrition, sunlight, grounding, meditation and prayer, exercise, and mental/emotional balance using different techniques such as sound healing or tapping. My work blends light, medium, or firm pressure with long, flowing strokes to create deep relaxation. I use trigger point therapy for stubborn knots when needed, but my specialty is calming the nervous system—this is not traditional deep tissue. If you prefer firmer pressure, I provide tension relief while maintaining a soothing rhythm. Relief without sacrificing relaxation. I look forward to seeing you soon.
