Sajan holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKIN) from UBC and has over two years of hands-on experience. His academic training and clinical background have equipped him with a strong understanding of human movement, injury prevention, and evidence-based exercise prescription. Sajan’s professional interests include sport and exercise performance, rehabilitation, and structured training programs. He enjoy working with individuals to improve movement quality, manage and prevent injury, and support safe, sustainable returns to activity through personalized, goal-oriented care. Outside of the clinic, Sajan enjoys staying active, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends. He values a collaborative and supportive approach to care and strive to create an environment where clients feel motivated, informed, and confident throughout their rehabilitation and training journey.
