As a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for holistic healing and a deep commitment to helping others reconnect with their bodies. Sapphira’s approach combines evidence based therapeutic techniques with a grounded, intuitive touch. In addition to her RMT designation she holds certification in Myofascial Release (MFR) as well as cupping which allows her to work with the body’s connective tissues to relieve tension, restore mobility and support long term healing. Sapphira’s approach is grounded in a trauma-informed lens. As a certified yoga instructor and breathwork facilitator, her goal is to always create safe supportive spaces for individuals to reconnect with their bodies and nervous systems, at their own pace. Whether in a one on one session or group setting. Her focus is fostering resilience, balance and self awareness through gentle intentional movement and breath.
