I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a recent graduate of Spa Tech Institute of Westborough, MA. Although my background is in art and design, I decided to make a career change and found that my true passion was massage therapy. My mission as a therapist is to be the best body worker I can be for each client, as well as for myself. Through a connection with my clients, I hope that each individual in my care finds me to be a trustworthy, professional practitioner who they look forwardto seeing for ongoingpeace and wellness. My intention is to facilitate, support, and assist each client in their own healing process.
LIGHT OR MEDIUM PRESSURE Therapeutic Massage is a personalized massage treatment that allows the client to choose which areas of the body that need attention. Using either light or medium pressure, as well as Trigger Point work for knots, and stretching for restricted range of motion. Multiple modalities can be added into a Therapeutic Massage session.
