Having turned to Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care as a solution for her own struggling health years ago, Dr. Moore loves that each person on the team at Upper Cervical Wellness Center has her own incredible yet humble story of healing and is devoted to creating a warm and compassionate environment for all our patients. As previous owner of Upper Cervical Chiropractic of the Lowcountry in Charleston, South Carolina, the Carolinas have been Dr. Moore’s home for many years and she especially loves that this area of NC reminds her of where she grew up. She loves seeing cows in the pasture and the progress of fields on her daily commute while also being just a short drive from all that the beautiful Queen City has to offer and is proud to live, work and raise her family here in Union County. Dr. Sarah enjoys traveling near and far as well as staying home with her best guys to explore gourmet cooking with whole foods or pursue her ever-growing list of random hobbies. Together with her loving husband Brett, she’s currently having fun being a sports parent as her young son develops his skills. Dr. Moore enjoys volunteering as vice president of the Indian Trail Athletic Association (ITAA). Dr. Moore is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. Very active in continuing education, she is currently working toward her Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI).
